Phase One - Client Contact and Project Development

After receiving the contact information form our design team member will contact the client to assure clarification on how our technology fits your company’s requirements. Together with the client we will generate a working partnership to determine an easy going bond from start to finish.

Phase Two - Creating the Free Animation without Obligation

Eye-Catcher graphic and design team will apply its experience to assure first class results for your company logo. We will send by e-mail 3 finished animated electronic files within 72 hours for you to choose from. Or we can help you create a new one at no charge. The files will be in a .gif format making it fast and easy to download.

Phase Three - Determining the Price

When the file is approved and confirmed by the client. The price of the Eye-Catcher panel can then be determined depending on the following

1. Quantity

2. Size

3. Illuminated area ( % of panel background)

4. Stages of Animated areas

Phase Four – Master Mold

At the clients request we can proceed in the process of the mold production for color control, animation, size and quality control. This process takes 2-3 weeks to complete. The price of making a master mold is determined by size and stages of animation. At this time an accurate price of the eye catcher display can be confirmed. The client will receive one master display panel. Then the larger order can be made. On smaller orders the client has the option on direct ordering after the electronic e-mail simulation has been approved. In this case it is very important to be sure the electronic proof (animations, colors) are in place.

Phase Five - Starting Production

Once the master display is approved, we can place the order and start the production. At this time 50% deposit of the total cost or a Letter of Credit is required. The time of delivery will then be made.

Phase Six – Delivery Arrangements

When the production is finished, the panels will be delivered directly by a commercial carrier such as (Fed-EX, UPS, DHL etc.) The client is required to pay the remaining 50% of the order to release the cargo.
